The Process
From Dream to Reality
Fill out our Travel Inquiry Form and we will send you an invitation to book a free Zoom consultation with us. Most clients come in with a set of dates, a destination(s), and a budget, but don’t sweat it if you don’t have any of those details yet - we are happy to start from scratch with you!

Once we agree to work together, we go into research and planning mode! We will choose one of our trusted suppliers who best fits your travel style, and work with them to build a bespoke itinerary for you. Then, we will work with you to further customize and curate the itinerary to make it even more of a custom fit.

Once you approve your custom itinerary, we will book all the components of your trip on your behalf. Our PCI compliant platform ensures that your sensitive payment information remains secure and is automatically deleted after each use. We will also organize and send your confirmations and receipts for your records.

We will continue to monitor all aspects of your trip in between booking and departure. Should any changes or updates occur, we will keep you in the loop and give you final approval on any changes we need to make along the way. Prior to travel, we will also be in contact with any suppliers, tour operators, and hotel properties to confirm your reservations and ensure that you receive the VIP treatment you deserve.

This is the best part! You get to go on your amazing vacation and leave all the details to us. No need to worry how you’ll get to your hotel from the airport, or where to meet for your food tour - we will send you a final version of your itinerary with all the necessary details prior to your departure. And if any issues arise during your travels, we are on call to resolve them for you - so you can kick back and relax!

Once you’re home and settled back into life, we will be in touch to see how everything went and address any concerns. We can even get your next trip on the books - it’s never too early to start planning your next adventure!
